In these thoughtfully designed Mandala Therapy sessions, we will explore the beautiful world of mandalas through step-by-step guidance. Each session will begin with a gentle warm-up to connect with your inner self, followed by easy drawing techniques to create stunning mandala patterns. Whether you’re completely new or have tried mandalas before, you’ll feel supported and inspired throughout the journey.

Every week, we’ll focus on a new theme – from basic shapes and symmetrical patterns to free-flowing intuitive designs. You’ll learn how to build your own mandalas using dots, lines, curves, grids, and more. As we move forward, you’ll also explore the meaning behind the shapes, colors, and patterns – making the process not just artistic, but deeply personal and meditative.

As the instructor for this Mandala Workshop, I bring over 17 years of experience in teaching art, including 3+ years dedicated to Mandala Art. My passion lies in guiding students through the therapeutic and creative process of Mandala-making. In addition to Mandala workshops, I offer regular art classes covering various techniques and styles for all skill levels. For those who enjoy the workshop and wish to delve deeper, I also offer a 2-week short-term course in Mandala Art, providing a more in-depth exploration of this meditative art form.
